Let's dive into the fun world of personalization! We've made personalizing your favorite products a breeze. Here's how to make your Duo Mugs product truly one-of-a-kind:

  1. Pick Your Product: Browse our collection and choose the product you want to personalize.
  2. Save the Product Image:
    • On PC/Mac: Right-click on the product image and select "Save image as."
    • On iOS/Android: Long-press the image and tap "Save image" or "Download image."
  3. Draw Your Arrow:
    • On iOS: Open the saved image in the Photos app. Tap "Edit," then the three dots (...), and select "Markup." Use the "+" icon to add an arrow, then drag and position it.
    • On Android: Open the image in Google Photos. Tap "Edit," then "Markup." Select the draw tool, choose an arrow, and place it on the image.
    • On PC: Open the image in Paint (pre-installed). Click the "Line" tool, select "Arrow," then draw your arrow on the image.
    • On Mac: Open the image in Preview. Click the "Markup" icon (pencil tip), select the arrow tool, and draw your arrow.
  4. Personalize It Your Way:
    a. Go back to the product page on our website.    b. Look for the "File Upload" option during checkout. You can use this to upload your edited image with the arrow or a logo.If you're uploading a logo, make sure to also provide the location of the placement by pointing it out in the image.
  5. In the "Enter Your Custom Text" field, type in your desired text.e. If you couldn't upload an image, use the "Text Location (Precise)" field to specify the text placement (e.g., center middle, bottom center).
